Session: Politics, Power & Perception: A Crash Course in Cybernetics and the C-Suite
Executive environments are not shaped by performance alone, but by the dynamics of politics, power and perception in the rooms that matter. This session uses a cybernetic lens to unpack the C-Suite as a web of feedback loops between social expectations, informal alliances and shifting narratives that inform the reality of management. Romana provides scientifically sound insight into how these mechanisms naturally affect executive decisions and what changes in your career once you move beyond linear thinking and start to see a system of interdependencies instead. Participants leave with a sharper picture of how information typically tends to flow in executive landscapes – and new ideas for how to move within them more deliberately.
